2. The service
Post Audit analyses your own X posts with read-only access and shows you statistical findings about them. The Quick Check is free and limited to one per week. The Full Audit costs 19 € once, VAT included, and covers up to 500 posts plus your replies. Findings describe the past; they are not a promise of future reach.
3. Purchase
The Full Audit is sold through Link, the merchant of record of Stripe Managed Payments, which is the seller for the order, charges VAT and sends the receipt and invoice. Your contract for the purchase is therefore with Link, and Link handles the right of withdrawal in its checkout. The Full Audit is digital content that we start running right after payment. Before you buy, you expressly agree that we start before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the audit has started (§ 356 (5) BGB); the payment email repeats this confirmation. If an audit cannot be completed, you can restart it from your account or get a refund.
4. Your account
You may only connect your own X account. You can delete your account at any time.
5. Availability
Post Audit depends on the X API. If X changes its terms, its prices or its interfaces, parts of the service may become slower, limited or unavailable. We do not owe a specific uptime. A Full Audit you paid for but that we can no longer deliver is refunded.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage.
7. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases and post the new version here with its date. Changes do not apply to an audit you have already paid for. If you hold unused Full Audit credit, the terms in force when you bought it continue to apply.
8. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer with your residence in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
